I was a nonbeliever but now I am. The courses are actually quite filling and the food combination they came up with is quite amazing and most importantly, delicious. 😋 Our entrees (not pictured) were the peanut butter fried chicken (tastes good and they use dark meat so it's tender and juicy) and mackerel (broth has some kick to it). Clockwise from the top is #eggplant with #dungenesscrab and #tomatojelly (tastes a lot like #babaganoush ), #corn with #bacon #cheese and #doenjang (not too heavy but filling), #tartare with #beef #oyster (I didn't really taste the oyster) and #potato flakes on top, and #sunchoke with #oystermushrooms （interesting herbal flavor). . . .
