Step inside the Camden I, a custom modern farmhouse in Americana Estates of Bolingbrook, IL, where honest materials and a thoughtfully zoned floor plan come together in a home built for both elevated entertaining and comfortable everyday living.

From the street, James Hardie Cedarmill siding in Cobblestone pairs board-and-batten gables with lap siding, grounded by Eden Mountain Crest stone accents. Inside, the entry opens two stories tall, with luxury vinyl plank running the length of the main floor.
