Important Gem Mission Time Go!
The portal illuminated and stretched a pillar skyward. It chimed it’s familiar noises and faded just as quickly as it had rose. After another moment, it sung again and left a single person standing on its surface. This person, small and overly-dressed even for the Northern Colds, adjusted herself and stepped down from the warp pad.
The pathway was clear, now, from the piles of Blizzard that had been framing it previously. Mounds have somewhat settled, melted, shifted, and flattened from activity and weathering. As it should be, the stones marking it lead a trail directly towards the doors of the Sanctuary.
This person, small and bundled, walked her way up to the doors and knocked, standing adamantly. With energetic and enthusiastic determination, as she looked to where she assumed the Guardian’s face would be when the doors opened, the small girl readjusted her straps for the last time before she deemed she was presentable.
