hello everyone, we have a very big announcement to make.

on the 22nd of january, three cheers will be closing it’s doors. this is not a bad or sad thing, but a growth. because on the 22nd, we will be merging with a reopening high hopes hq !! from the 22nd to the 25th, high hopes will be open for reserves and applications from three cheers members only, with the gates fully opening on the 25th. I personally will be joining on with a new mascot, which I will announce when the move begins. 

we understand how much love 3c has gotten over the last month of activity, and we also understand how important the friendships you’ve made here are to you all, which is why we have arranged this three day window for all of our members. of course after the 25th you will still be able to join given your role is free, but this is a way of securing your plots and connections after the move.

hello everyone !! first of all I just want to say thank you for your caring messages, it means the world and I am very thankful for each and every one of you. all of that aside, I would like to ask your opinions on something. 

as most people in bandom know, sometimes it’s hard to get plots for your characters backstory because they deal with a particular topic (mob affiliation, substances, caming, ect.). how would everyone feel about a weekly post suggesting a character connection (ie “like this if your character has mafia/gang/mob affiliations”)? of course liking one of these posts could help give away your characters secret, so I would like to know everyone’s opinion on this before actually starting it. I think it would be a good way of helping promote activity, as well as possibly starting some fun and interesting plots for you all.  please leave your opinion below or contact me on any way you please, I’d love to hear your thoughts !!

another thing I would like to address is our activity check post. whenever you see a post with an “Activity” banner, that is simply a warning post for the characters mentioned, not an unfollow post. any post with the “Unfollow” banner are intended as such, where the characters mentioned should be unfollowed. any time a character is meant to be unfollow due to activity reasons, that will be put in a unfollow post, not a activity post, and these things will always remain separate from each other.

hello everyone. I’m sorry I haven’t been online today, as something serious has happened that I’d rather not share here. It completely turned my day upside down and I’m sorry but today this event dictated how I spent my time, meaning I wasn’t able to add apps or post apart from now. I am okay, a little shaken, but I promise we will be back to our usual activity tomorrow. thank you so much for understanding.

hey darling’s, sorry for the inactivity !! the last couple days have been pretty rough, and in dealing with my current situation I haven’t had time to come check up on things, which I completely apologize for. unfortunately I might need to be absent for another day or two, but I promise I’ll be back soon. thank you very very much for sticking with us !!

a note to all our members, current and future.

high hopes is meant to be a safe space for all the writers involved, and I do my best to make sure that hh provides a healthy place for writers to enjoy. however, if there is a person or people currently not on the banned list that you are uncomfortable with, we would like to help you.

all you have to do is come to us off anon, and tell us your reasoning.

if someone has been accused of something, we will do our best to research said person and deliver you either a notice of a ban, or we will allow you to block/unfollow that person if they enter the group.

hello everyone !! 

I would like to say thank you very very much to every single one of you who has joined the little three cheers family over the last month. it has been an amazing couple weeks, and I thank you all for being such a open and positive group in a time where it really has been needed.

over the next couple days, three cheers will be closing shop for the holidays. from dec 23rd to 27th, we will be taking a small break to spend time with family and friends before getting back into the swing of things for our first event, our new years eve roaring 20′s ball.

once again I would like to thank you all for joining us, and I wish you all a very happy holidays !!
