Sketch of a Salttail village. Salttail is an area located between the wide plains, graveyard of husks, halfway to Pale Earth where Wingshade is situated.
Its inhabitants are main the Modogos, pill bug like insects with hard shells on their backs.
Salttail earned this name for being an extremely salty land, very few things lives in it, specially on its waters, mostly inhabited by Meluas, aquatic bugs that thrives from the salty minerals.
Meluas are usually most of the Modogo population’s diet. They also make very shiny and oily substance from meluas which they use to cover their shells and prevent salt to stick to them.
Modogo people are very passive and simplistic in nature, they worry little about wealth and more about having what to eat for the day, their villages works as communities, helping the next modogo if that one didn’t get enough for themselves to get fed.
