The Dragon mages
Mod - So getting slowly back into things while i slowly return is something i want to speak on with my side creation of the Dark Empire, that being the "Mages" and Arcane masters of the Empire/Divine empire So the whole mage/arcane users within the dark empire are actually a special group of people who have been gifted these powers from bloodlines or by chance, those gifted with the power of the arcane are those from ancient mages of old at the time of the "Great Dragon War" a bloody history in the United Dragon Empire. These mages are typically found as "cultist" or religious figure heads apart of the Dark Empires dragon Covenant cult/pantheon where their powers can be doubled and be served well. Under the rules of the God Fang and his returned gods of "Brandy" "Terrius" and "Astrale" these gods have allowed the followers to harness and use their powers for the betterment. ALSO A side note, the Dark Empire do not allow outsiders with the gifts of magic or train anyone due to fears of another extinction style events
