We seek validation from everywhere else but ourselves and when it’s not received we feel worthless. we have become desperate to satisfy others misconstrued beliefs & manipulated opinions. we become depressed, suicidal, and spiritually tainted and resentful. I speak from experience & years of suffering from a deep depression. we cannot allow anyone to determine our self worth. we cannot allow people to disrespect us. we must learn self love, self respect, and to accept only that. we must understand that it takes time to learn. but whenever you’re feeling down I hope “Myself Self” can remind you to keep going and to keep growing
