MYTHMAKING — THE LESSON/IMPACT:

as for su yin, the most important OC in the fic:

which genshin nation is she from? why did she go alone to her first windblume, explain the idea/point/purpose of the holiday to fei, seek the knights of favonius library to read + copy some books (with lisa not restricting her at any point), commission flower bookmarks for fei’s daughters (without telling them what to read), recommend an obscure study that happened to be the key to unlocking the deeper mythological connections between morax and barbatos (thereby kickstarting the whole plot)… then quietly disappear from the narrative after fei and amelié already met each other? (and her parting gift happens to be the perfect strain of liyuen tea to pair with amelié's favorite sweets)?

who/what is ms. su yin mythmaking supposed to represent in the story? in the genshin fandom in general?
