Moebius Zero
The TS-MA2mod.00 Moebius Zero is what the Earth Alliance forces should have been using to fight ZAFT in the early war, and as shown when piloted by Mu La Flag, it is more than a match for multiple GINN units and is infact superior in terms of manoeuvrability and fire power.
It did however suffer from one crippling flaw it's designers didn't take into account, it needed the pilot to not suck, and unfortunately, most of the guys who tried to fly this thing, really really sucked.
So, instead of training guys up to use the superior model, the earth federation created the The TS-MA2 Moebius which was just as terrible as there terrible pilots and as such got shot down en-mass in every engagement.
The two main taalking points of the Moebius Zero are it's main linear gun, weaker than beam weaponry but still able to peirce the armour of ZAFT Destroyers, and the 4 Gunbarrel pods each with twin linked autoguns, that, although weak, allowed the unit to attack from multiple angles and contain units while it limited up it's main cannon.
Just a shame we didn't get to see more of this guy, as soon as we hit earth he's forgotten and never used again.
