A man in Doflamingo’s position, could not afford to waste time on ‘ shopping ‘. All his clothes were tailored, and if any items weren’t, they had been hand-picked by his stylist ( who never got to decide anything, by the way ). Time was money, and Doflamingo’s time was GOLD. It was strange then, that he should find himself browsing accessories. He was not one for buying gifts either. He left that to his secretary ( unless it was for his little brother, that he would deal with on his own ).
Today was one of those rare occasions when Doflamingo had a few minutes to spare. He was going to meet an investor at a nearby restaurant, and since he had been forced to sit so much these days, he figured the walk to the restaurant from his office would do him good. Now, Doflamingo NEVER arrived anywhere ‘ too early ‘, and especially not when he was meeting people for business. It would make him look desperate. According to his clock, he still had ten minutes before he should even begin to walk the final block to the restaurant.
His hand had been reaching for a pair of stylish shades, which he could definitely see himself in ( though he normally custom ordered his sunglasses ), when he had almost been exposed to skin contact with a stranger. Doflamingo didn’t like it when people touched him, but this time, it had been his fault, so he couldn’t really be mad. His eyes scanned over the young man, who he, for a moment, mistook for a female. But no, it was a man - or, a boy, perhaps he should say? Since the boy clearly had a GOOD sense of fashion, Doflamingo offered to allow him to have the shades, but his offer was declined, with an explanation - he didn’t bring enough money. Was he just browsing then? What a silly way to be passing the time.
❝ Oh? A shame that you should bring excellent taste, but fail to bring the money. If you want - I’d be more than willing to buy them for you. ❞ Good taste should be awarded. Especially considering all the PINK the other was sporting.
