I don't know you guys know and feel this but

look at his hands half covered with those sleeves. It's called 'Moe sode(萌え袖)' in Japan, which means the state of people's hands half/full covered with their sleeves, and it's loved by some people (including me) because it looks kinda cute and cuddly. Norman is very often in that state. I mean
