(I just recently asked a question about why you targeted Moffat in your original post, and it was just answered! "Diction is everything" is a good answer, and while everyone may not agree with it, kudos to you by having good reasoning/explanation.)

We reveal so much of ourselves by the words we choose each time we offer words, and the more I have heard from Steven Moffat over the years, the more I find him objectionable on oh so very many levels. I understand that my opinion is not shared by all, but hey, at least it’s an informed opinion. It took shape over the better part of a decade; I don’t dismiss the guy because of that one thing he said that one time.

I'm just here to friendly tell you that the reason he's not showing everyone else the trailer is because it isn't finished yet and you guys would be begging for more if he does show it to everyone else unfinished~!

Guess what? Steven Moffat doesn't get to say whether or not everyone gets the trailer (or not) either, and he is the one writing "doctor who"!

But don't you think that the BBC probably had a larger say in when/where/how the trailer should be released? And Moffat is acting as the spokesperson for them? Because I honestly doubt that that decision was made by one person, and it's unfair to place all the blame on him for what was, most likely, a group decision.

I don’t blame him for the decision. I blame him for being a myopically self-important, snot-nosed douchecanoe in general, and for how he chose to respond to this one instance in specific.
