Watch out! by kimubert Via Flickr: In our neighborhood, there are signs warning about feeding wild boars (inoshishi in Japanese). During cold weather, they are seen wandering around the neighborhood foraging for food in trash bags. Wild boars are known to approach humans and attack bags, especially white super market bags, that they suspect contain food. The other night, as we walked home from the local train station, another person taking a walk warned us about a wild boar that he had just encountered. Sure enough, we saw it walking up a street!
