One of my highlights from yesterday? I met THE @kenyanpundit! I've been a fan for a long time, and have good memories of using her Ushahidi software to monitor Nigerian elections in 2011 with the Social Media Tracking Team. ⁣ ⁣ Plus, I love and have followed her #SundayReads on Twitter for the longest! For the Second Straight Year, No Former African President is Worthy of Mo Ibrahim Award. For the second year running, the #MoIbrahimFoundation has announced that there is no winner of the #2016IbrahimPrize for Achievement in African Leadership. According to #PremiumTimes, the announcement was made on Tuesday following a meeting of the independent Prize Committee chaired by #SalimAhmedSalim, and the Foundation’s Board meeting last weekend, the Foundation said in a statement.
