The performance with traditional Russian folk dances, in numerous forms, reflects various aspects of the national character of Russia in the vision of Igor Moiseev. This dance from the Seasons suite depicts the humor, mischief, romance and lyrics often attributed to people in the countryside. The action takes place during the harvest festival, and residents of all ages gather to congratulate the young couple.
