3rd workout this week! 💪🏻 I forgot to log the threadmill and bikeride so in total I burned around 400 cals I think. My bloodsugars are an absolute dream today, so perfect. My body just isn't used to it, I felt like a zombie throughout the day (and still feel like one) 😴😴 But great progress! Too bad I'm going out for drinks tonight and probably will ruin my perfect bg's 😅😚🍸
