III is such a sweetie!! I will set the scene...
I imagine you're just collecting these tattoos of all these little tattoos of the little gifts he brings and you're really wanting to show him when you have more of a sleeve going but III is Nosy and also slightly concerned when you suddenly are hiding your arm from him.
Eventually, as you're taking care of your tattoos one morning, III knocks on your door and without thinking you tell him to come in. When sharing a place with four guys you're just thankful he knocked...
You realize your mistake when III lets out a small gasp. He rushes to you and grabs your arm, gently, and examines it. All you can see are his wide eyes, and you can pinpoint the exact moment he realizes they're the trinkets he's been giving you.
