Introducing: Stefan Reinalter
Hello, My name is Stefan Reinalter, and I'm the lead engineer on The Lion's Song. Many of you may know me by my twitter handle @molecularmusing, or from the Molecule engine blog.
I've been working in the games industry for more than a decade now, and had the pleasure to work on many titles for PC, consoles, and handhelds. I founded my own company Molecular Matters in 2012, and have been working for Mi'pu'mi as a freelancer every now and then over the past years.
Apart from working on games and technology professionally, I also teach C++, game development, and console programming at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.
When not in front of a PC, you may catch me hanging out with friends, snuggling with my cats, playing handball, or playing games. I'm a big fan of RPGs like Fallout, difficult games like the Souls series, Bloodborne, Super Meat Boy, and almost everything coming from Nintendo, more so if it's a two-player cooperative game I can enjoy with my spouse.
At the moment, I'm working on custom tools & technology for the first episode of The Lion's Song. It's amazing to finally be able to put your own technology into the hands of talented people, engaging in such an exciting project together. I have always been quite fond of working with enthusiastic people in a small team, and strongly believe that you don't need an army of developers in order to make a difference.
If you want to get in touch, you can find me on twitter @molecularmusing or contact me by mail. Make sure to check out the Molecule engine blog if you're interested in some of the technical aspects that make The Lion's Song come to life!
