Why is it that every time I have a good day, my brother fucks it all up by pissing off my mom.
I left home in the afternoon and she was fine, now she's not speaking and just sitting in the living room. Apparently he got yelled at for everything he's been doing the past month
nothin like coming home to a mad mother 🥰

Hi, I'm Jonis Jaynn Aguilar Rafael, 39 years old and happily married. I’m a proud wife to my wonderful husband, Jerome Marcus Hicban Rafael—the greatest answer to my prayers. He, along with our kids, is truly my heart in human form and the biggest blessing God has given me.
I started this blog to share something deeply personal: my journey with health anxiety. If you’re going through the same thing, I hope you’ll find comfort here. Like many who struggle with this, I often find myself worrying that every ache or sensation in my body could mean something serious. It leads to anxiety attacks and constant overthinking, especially when I feel any kind of pain. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and I’m right here with you.
Let me begin with what I’m feeling right now and the situation I’m currently in. I lost the people I love to sickness, and it still weighs heavily on me. Illness took the lives of some of the people I loved most, and that loss has deeply shaped how I see life. Every second holds meaning, and each one I spend away from my husband feels like a weight on my heart. I’ve always wanted to spend every waking moment beside him.
Major shift in my life happened this February, when my husband left for Canada to work and provide a better future for me and our children. While I understand and appreciate his sacrifices, I’ve struggled with the distance. Losing my sister, my mom and my grandparents has taught me just how short and fragile life really is—and that realization makes being apart even harder. My anxiety attacks have been constant ever since my husband left so is the pain I feel inside my body. One thing that constantly triggers my anxiety is the pain I get in my left breast—especially right before my period starts. It’s a sharp, jarring pain that always catches me off guard. I experience premenstrual symptoms regularly, and my cycle is consistent, but this particular pain still worries me deeply.
Lately, I’ve been feeling this pain every single day, and it’s making my anxiety worse than ever. I lost my mom to breast cancer, and now I can’t help but fear that I might have the same illness. The thought terrifies me. I want to see a doctor, but I’m so scared. What if it’s cancer? The fear consumes me, and I honestly don’t know what to do.
What makes it even harder is the life I have now—the life I prayed so hard for. For the first time, I truly feel happy, complete, and deeply blessed. Being a wife and a mother to our kids gives my life so much meaning. I’ve let go of all my vices because I want to live longer—for them, for us. I want to be present in every moment, but this fear is clouding the joy I’ve waited so long to feel.
There are days when the loneliness feels unbearable, and all I want is to beg my husband to come home. Just to hold him, to feel his presence beside me, to be whole again. But I keep that plea in my heart—because I know how much this means to him. I know he’s not just working; he’s chasing a dream for us. He’s giving his all to build a better future for our family, even if it means being miles away from the ones he loves most.
I admire his strength and dedication more than words can say. And even though this distance breaks my heart at times, I won't be the reason he lets go of something he believes in. I love my husband and our children so deeply, so fiercely, that I would endure anything for their sake. I just hope that one day, all this sacrifice will lead us back into each other’s arms—stronger, closer, and even more grateful for the love that holds us together.
