Okay I have an idea. A comic about Akechi's childhood: from living happily with his mother, to her death, to being passed around orphanages, to discovering his love for being a detective, to finding Shido. It'd be super bitter-sweet and I'm in the mood for angst rn lmao

I’ll have to get back to you when i come up with good transitions,, but for now can i interest you in a short other thing that I thought of when I was thinking about how to try to do your idea?

I was thinking about having Goro start to piece together who his father was based on small things he noticed about his mother, like that she always changed the channel when it was talking about politics, that she sometimes says that she’s so glad he got her hair (though instead of what alternative he isn’t sure), and her over-reaction to his picking up some orange-tinted glasses he thought were funny one time during glasses shopping…when I kind of realized that that would be. long?? So I kind of just left it at this for now…I hope you dont mind! Hopefully one day I’ll get to fleshing out the rest……. uu;
