Whenever I feel this way I pray, Lord give me the strength to handle what You brought in my life, and help me find joy along the way. Always, without fail, there is something or someone that brings a smile if I choose to accept that laughter. Even for a moment it brings joy, hope, and a sense of peace. I know it's not technically a funny subject; in it's context of the moment and situation from which it arose, it was funny. And it made me laugh. So I will smile, have fun, and accept that life is no where near where I thought it would be. But that IS life, living in it when it sucks and when it's happy. Choosing to make the best of situations that make you hurt, wether small or large. A lot has changed in my life, where I wanted to go, what I wanted to do, how I wanted to live. All changing because if my physical differences. I never thought I would run into trouble with my body, I took it for granted when I was healthy. That is a mistake I regret. Other things in life get me down, but not living to the fullest while my body is capable... that will always get to me. Climb the telephone pole at camp, do the ziplines, go rockclimbing when the oppertunity is there, swim in the ocean when you get the chance, go on the road trip, take the dance class, go to school for what you enjoy, persue your passions as hard as you can while you can. You never know, don't live in fear. That is not to say be reckless.
