You guys, my hair has not been this short since I was in 6th grade!!!!! The last few days I kept feeling hands in my hair, aches in my scalp, and like weird stuff was happening with my crown chakra. So when Sean told me he was going to his barber yesterday I said, I'll meet you there. I paid $15 plus a $5 tip to have over 5 inches of dead hair cut off that I was holding onto for YEARS. I will admit I was pretty shocked with how short they cut it at first, but now I feel so much LIGHTER. A huge weight has been taken off my shoulders literally. As I embark on the journey of motherhood I have no space for a lot of things anymore and my hair and all the memories it held just had to go. I'm looking up and I'm very excited to see what's going on with these Spirit guides and angels hanging out with me so close lately. I am grateful for the push they gave me to do something that may seem silly but to me is HUGE. I'm done holding onto the past and not letting dead ends hold me back anymore in all ways. Advice?

I'm a single mom to a almost 5 month old. She is starting to get around and have no idea what to do with my alter. It has lots of small bits the my bird frequently knocks down, so even putting it up high doesn't help. Ideas?
