1. Would you prefer to live in the country or the city?

City always and forever. The country is more for vacation for me.

2. If you could learn a new skill, what would it be?

I would love to learn piano or drums. That or learn a new language. Something like Japanese or maybe Russian.

Where The Wild Things Are and The Little Prince

7. Do you prefer reading paper or electronic books?

I prefer electronic when I’m lying in bed, but paper when i’m on a train or in a waiting room kind of situation.

20. What are you most thankful for?

The fact that I am alive.

3. Do you drink your tea or coffee with sugar?

Coffee with no sugar. Tea with honey.

43. If you could travel back to any era, which would you choose?

Hard to choose but I would love to go back to ancient culture era’s and go to places like Greece or Egypt and what not.

First time you watched your favorite movie: (I’m going to do one of my favorite movies because I have so many) I went to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button with my close friend Alex during high school. It was my senior year I believe. When the part of the movie that came on with Cate Blanchett dancing in the gazebo I started to cry cause it was really moving to me at the time. 

Your first kiss: Weird, awkward, teenager kiss. Was saying goodbye to my boyfriend in my freshman year of high school and he gave me a little kiss by my locker. It was cute but definitely not smooth or romantic haha.

Little things on your body that you like the most: I have a heart shaped scar on my chest from picking at chicken pox when I was little which I think is cute, my freckles.

Do I believe in soul mates: Hard one to answer. I think it’s kind of random but I do have a feeling that some people are just supposed to meet whether it be romantic or platonic. Also I really enjoy that Japanese story of the red invisible string that binds soul mates together and you have to go through all this detangling of strings to get to the other end of your string. Super cool.

What get’s me up in the morning: NOT MUCH. But in all seriousness it’s either my alarm, my boyfriend, coffee, or a combination of all three. Unless this ask is supposed to be some like meaningful ask like “THE WILL TO INSPIRE GETS ME UP IN THE MORNING” which I guess yeah that’s cool.

What should I expect on my first day working at lush? I'm so nervous and scared that I'm not gonna do well!!

Mostly training! Don't be to worried about the first few weeks because this is when you find out how you work on the sales floor and how you sell/converse/consult with guests. This is the time to make mistakes and learn from them and practice and learn about ingredients!

Remember, we believe in making mistakes and starting new! It's part of our motto! Have fun with your new Lush family!
