And my love for organic & natural products continues. A brand I have been loving for a while, I am using two of their products, not for me but for my daughter. Now to be honest these are baby products, and my daughter is no longer a baby, but she has sensitive skin and I try and avoid all the harmful chemicals in every way I can.

Something about the brand

Started by parents who realized the fact that there were no natural and organic baby product brands in India a few years ago. They were fed up of relying on international brands and decided to start up something on their own, to help themselves and parents like them. Thus started “The Moms Co.” Every product is certified toxin free and made suitable for their own kids, so of course has to be the best possible. Malika & Mohit brought in experts in the field from across the globe to ensure they could create products safe and natural enough for a baby and mom!

The Moms Co. Natural Baby Powder & The Moms Co. Natural Baby Wash

My daughter was only too happy to take them from day one, but I gotta admit the powder even I use.

The Moms Co. Natural Baby Powder

This is one both me and my daughter just love, especially since summers are here. Both my daughter and I tend to get affected with the sun quite easily, and develop prickly heat, powders like this are a saviour.

To deal with the perspiration due to this summer heat, I ensure she covers herself with a light dusting of powder post her shower and it helps keep her skin dry and rash free.

Packaging:

The simple baby powder, twist top packaging this isn’t very different from the other brands in the market in regards to the packaging.

Ingredients:

Corn Starch, the simple substitute to talc, helps absorb moisture and keep the skin dry.

Chamomile & Calendula oils help calm & soothe the skin

Jojoba Oil is used to moisturize and protect the skin.

The Product:

This talc-free, natural baby powder has the typical baby powder fragrance with a more floral touch. Its extremely fine milled and easy to apply. Spreads easily and stays on the skin comfortably. It not only helps prevent moisture build up but also calms and soothes the skin so very useful on any pesky rashes or prickly heat. I also use this now, as it really is amazing on the skin.

  The Moms Co. Natural Baby Wash

To be honest, my daughter loves this one for the way her skin feels after use, but ain’t overly excited about this one for a few reasons, but I guess that’s because she is a little bigger than a baby!

Packaging:

Pretty packaging in their standard white with blue logo and pink graphics and grey print, this one comes super conveniently in a pump packaging. This is what my daughter loves about it. It even has a lock to the pump to ensure easy travel.

Ingredients:

With amazing ingredients like avocado, chamomile and aloe vera, this helps heal and soothe the skin.

The Product:

This product was made specifically for babies hence have a few features older kids may not appreciate too much. The body wash is an extremely thin, runny, translucent liquid which is easy to develop a light lather. It has quite an herbal fragrance, soothing actually but not the sweet variety older kids enjoy. My daughter doesn’t appreciate the lack of foam when lathering it up, but as a mom I know for younger kids the little lather is perfect as it just makes it easier to wash off. The body wash is extremely gentle on the skin and leaves it feeling nourished, hydrated and truly baby soft.
