Oven at 350 • 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup sugar • Mix until “fluffy” (you’ll know) • 1 egg 1 tsp Vanilla extract • “Beat” / mix until it looks done (you’ll know) • (Then I got smart - view pictures & videos) Spoon onto oiled baking sheet, & cross press twice with a fork Bake for 10-12 minutes. • If you want to make it extra, drizzle baking chocolate on top. If you can be extra - ALWAYS be extra 😘👩🏼‍🍳 I used baking chocolate which melts easier than your average chocolate bar. I used 4 bars and put it in a small glass measuring bowl (microwavable). Microwaved for 30 seconds, stir (if you can, it was still too solid to stir after the first round of melting), 30 seconds more, stir. After that melt for 10 seconds at a time. This only took two more rounds at 10 seconds. Putting the chocolate on was a little tricky. •Make sure you let your cookies cool before taking them off of the baking sheet. •Take note that the cookies will still cook on the hot sheet, even when it is no longer in the oven. • If you’re in a rush like I am, you can place your cookies in the freezer for about one minute. They’ll cool easier and easily lift off the baking sheet without falling apart! • See what a little bit of oil on the baking sheet can do before putting the cookies down?
