I've worked my fucking ass off today at 'work'
They can't pay me because I haven't been trained yet BUT MONDAY IS MY TRAINING DAY! YAY!
9:30am - 5pm Moving and Handling :)
I'll be paid for the training day too!
£6.19 and hour ;)
It would have been more but i'm not 18 yet and i'm only casual but still I am so down with £6.19 :D

I'm getting to know the staff and the residents although one resident caused a MASSIVE upset today :(
The home manager has made some calls, I don't think she'll be staying with us much longer..
I just can;t wait to start work properly!
