Listen, it's my birthday, and if I want to spend too much money on an impulse project instead of the three new projects I just hatched, that's my right! ANYWAY, this here (missing a fractal sight vial because that was a little too much money wise) is Mongrel. Outwardly a dirtbag, his smarmy attitude is mostly an affectation, though why, no one else in the menagerie can guess. Responsible for the proper work and design of the more "horror" adjacent rides and attractions, when not out and about prowling the carnival grounds he can be found in his workshop, swearing up a storm over some project or other.
