older siblings really do make things look so so achievable
#watching my sister finish her thesis like. oh so that's actually doable?#like you can just.... do that?#yes i know thousands of people all around the world have done it before#that's not the point#baby me saw my sister riding a bike and went for it#teen me saw my sister pass her exams and nodded to herself like. ok. ok we can do this. she did it I'll do it too#i probably saw her read and write and jump and climb trees#and then went. ok. ok that means i can do it too#i'll read and write and jump and climb trees#monkey see monkey do.#fra.txt#i know this sounds like i'm saying ''well if she can do it anyone can''#but i genuinely cannot stress enough how that's absolutely not what i'm saying here#also i'm not in uni so idk what i'm thinking#except i'm very proud of her#and my personal printed copy of her thesis is now my most prized possession
