Gotta say I was a little hesitant to use em for cross fit. i always kinda liked how weird they looked so i was going to get em regardless. trying them on was a bitch and they're not the easiest to put on but the running and lifting is awesome, the grip you get is great and something i definitely wasn't getting from my nike frees. definitely not for use when doing any box jumps though because the impact will do a number on your toes. its only my first day using them and i still haven't broken them in. only ran a mile to start off. sprints were awesome, pretty much flew through that. i gotta say i got a lot of different reactions from everyone at the box, but by the end of the each WOD a couple people came up to ask. overall, i went through two WODs today and i gotta say I'm pooped. today was a successful day to say the least. lets see if the shoes help to keep up with getting new PRs...
