Going off canon, Frisk's gender is never mentioned even once (nor their sex, for that matter), it's all up to the player's interpretation.
I, uh.. I don’t really want to talk about this much anymore, is that okay? I’m not as comfortable or confident talking about gender stuff as I am something like asexuality, and I also don’t want to headcanon police anybody, but I also understand why someone would say Frisk is canonically nonbinary of some sort...
