This week I received a Cognac that's just arrived in Australia. This Cognac comes from France from the globally renowned Monnet. . . I'm not one to have Cognac often, I can count on one hand how many times I've had it, so I'm excited to try this. . I'm no expert in Cognac, but I could drink this anytime. It does look like ‘sunshine in a glass’. That barrel ageing does lend that great amber hue.
