I hate monogrammed baseball caps and jackets

so i ordered this monogrammed baseball hat and was super excited about it, but then it took almost a month to ship. and when i finally got it, they did the monogram completely wrong and put my middle initial where my last initial was supposed to go. when i emailed them about it, they said that it 'clearly stated' that it was supposed to be first, last, middle, but it obviously didn't when i put it in. it just had a space to put my monogram, so i put ALV, as those are my initials. and that's exactly how they were placed on my hat. and now they won't fix it after making me wait that long, but they gave me a 15% off coupon for next time in october when they get more!

i'm so upset over it but they just don't seem to care. i HATE customer service that is really rude. 

anyways, point is...anyone with the initials AVL want a hat? i'll gladly sell it to you. it's lime green with navy monogram!
