Today is day #4 #fullyraw. I woke up with some detox symptoms, lots of snot in my nose. These last 3 days I have only been eating fruits and veggies, no nuts, seeds or oil. Just straight up foods from nature in their natural form. 🍎🍌🍉🌱🍋🍅🍇 Other than the snot nose (that is gone now after I blew into a tissue a few times) I am feeling AMAZING! I have been eating #monomeals (one food at a time), simple salads or fruit mixtures. #Bloating is gone and I am slimming down nicely. I haven't been exercising, just the normal chasing a #toddler #exercise. I am planning on staying raw through the holidays to this figure and feel good about myself. After many times going back and forth from fully raw to partially #raw, I know my body works best 100% raw. I am not craving any cooked foods or the vegan packaged foods that I was eating last week. Most importantly, I feel in control of my body, my body and mind are on the same page, working together. The battle of what my body is craving and what my brain knows I should be eating is over, my brain won, the battle is over 💚
