Haha, you should see the comments on the other gifs I posted right before this. There were a few "I'M SOBBING UNCONTROLLABLY THE GOVERNOR'S GOING TO KILL MY BABY YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY PAIN" comments... Definitely the time to panic, regardless of his safety ^.^

My issue with is that he might have Merle turn against him, which we all know will mess him up for awhile. He has come so far and that might set him farther back than he started. Not to mention what the Governor might do to him before his mystery rescue team storms the castle. And I’m really worried we’ll loose Andrea for good to the Governor.

I don't see Merle turning against him. Merle's in the same deep shit as Daryl - everyone's calling him a terrorist as well and saying that he needs to die. I'm more worried that Merle's going to be killed before they're saved, or he doesn't escape. I think Andrea is officially done with the Governor. She just watched him sobbing over a zombie daughter, surrounded by animated zombie heads that he'd been keeping in fish tanks. And even if that was forgivable, she's also watching him try to execute a man who she knows is good. I see her playing along in episode 10 till she can get away. Though who knows if they'll actually let her leave.

Come on, it’s not like we’re fearing for Daryl’s life — he’s Daryl Motherfuckin’ Dixon for crying out loud. It’s the principle of the thing. He has to fight his brother. He’s emotional, so we’re emotional on his behalf.

I was more trying to say that I didn't understand why people were freaking out over whether he lives - not his quality or state of mind after he escapes. Because as you can see, plenty of people didn't see the preview or didn't pay attention to it when it aired.
