Assumptions that she was responsible for this which is true and it is also said that Ink was the leader of a faction called DBT. Demon Blood Tears.

However, this was false for Ink as she believes there is no leaders only autonomy. Luckily for the girl, the wanted poster only shows her partial form, her transformed jaws of a dragon under her navy hood. Giving everyone to assume the teen was male but only the smart can figure it out.

But to make it short and easy; if called out by her full name she will respond loudly regardless even it puts her in a situation. To make it clear, she doesn't think at all when she acts.
