If you want to turn on natural duplicating:

Go into the configs (both the main config and the individual configs within the img folder) and locate:

<Behavior Name="SplitIntoTwo" Frequency="0" Condition="#{mascot.totalCount < 50}"/>

and turn the frequency up. You also can adjust the limitations of how many spawn w/ mascot.totalCount
