Part 2 of the 2 a days So I felt great this afternoon after my run this morning. Wasn't really tired at work, just a little worn out. Missed the group again so I just went out on my own route. Had a nice bit of climbing thrown in there. Very pleased I had a pace of 19.8 w about 9 miles left to go in the ride. Feel like I'm slowly getting stronger. The last 7miles are pretty much just small little climbs and was fading near the end. Talked to one of the local racers the last 9 miles which helped keep my mind off the pace and how tired I was getting. Never sucked on his wheel so I was pretty proud how this worked out. I think I'll be able to do this 2 times a week. Run a few days after work, bike a few days after work and then 2 days run in the morning and ride after work.
