I named this creation “Monstrous Breasts”.
I was reading an article for Medieval Art that was about monstrous beasts and I misread “beasts” as “breasts” and this drawing was created!
She is a winged siren with long, unkept hair worn down. It is slightly sexual as a lions gaping mouth acts as her private area and is covered with hair.
Those who know about such things can extrapolate the negative connotations associated with such characteristics in the middle ages!
