Stay hydrated! If you can't even keep plain water down go to a hospital and tell them! If you can keep it down, try some flat sprite or ginger ale, and suck on some barley sugars. Mostly take it easy and keep your fluids up. I hope you feel better soon

Thank you, Party. (; u ;) I am feeling a little better today. It was pure hell yesterday, as I couldn’t even drink water without keeping it in. I’ve been drinking some flat coke this morning, so I’m feeling a little better. I just need to rest some more to make sure it goes away.
