Hey guys! Becca and I have been talking and have made some decisions regarding the group. Basically, we realize that we’re all adults with real lives which can make roleplaying hard when it feels like a job requirement rather than a fun escape. So to help with this for us all we’ve made some changes.
There will no longer be a real activity requirement. As long as you’re in contact with us here in the OOC chat or even messaging us on the main, you’ll be good to go and able to be active as you want. If you’re gone for more than two weeks without contact OOC, then you will be removed.
There will be no character limits. play whoever you want. You just need to make an account, send it in, and post the bio. All you have to do is send us a quick message with the fc choice so we can make sure no one else takes it. No more apps or anything like that. We just ask for the bio so we can keep the taken list, locations, and residences up to date and bios linked on the main to make it easier for everyone! Apps are only needed for a brand new member joining with their first character.
We will only be posting promos like once a week or so. But feel free to invite anyone you want to join! for their first character, they would need to submit an app like normal. Word of mouth will be our main source of promotion.
For major plots, just send us a quick message letting us know what you’re wanting to do so we can make sure stuff isn’t overlapping. We don’t want four people getting pregnant in the same week or anything. And continue to use trigger warnings.
We do still ask to make sure you are inclusive of everyone. We know there are days you want to just interact with a person or two, and that’s okay. But make sure you still reply to starters and interact with everyone. even with being more lax, we still want to avoid bubbling or anyone feeling left out.
There are no requirements on gif chats vs texts but we do ask for that you try to keep your activity from being entirely texts as much as you can.
We’ll still be doing memes and putting together events and things like that! So stay on the lookout.
