This finca has re-appeared once again, it had been reserved by another buyer for months but is available once again. However first and foremost this is a bank owned property with limited access to the interior, it does not present the same as a nicely furnished home, but look at the price 55,200€ in one of the most sought after locations in #rural #Andalucia. The property will need some work but measures 90 sq. meters per floor with two levels plus a storage area and pool, on approx 2000 sq. meters of land.
