Coaching is not just about training and competing. Its also about caring, teaching, loving and influencing. I really love the second picture because on it Im just french braiding one of my athlete. Not training her, just caring for her❤️I feel so bless in what I do, bless to have the opportunity to influence and lead youth and older people. So just a reminder, in everything you do, don't just do the bear minimum.
