11 months of Jaceypoh! 🎉 He walked for the first time the day after my birthday while we were at @giantcitylodge , which was also our first “vacation” away from home. He has since then wanted to walk wherever he goes. Whoever famously said “the days are long but the years are short” is brilliant because this has easily been the hardest, most sleep deprived 11 months of my life but like a flash he is almost one year old. 😳 I’ve been reading and watching @youtube videos about #montisorri -he started picking out his clothes this week when I show him a few choices. My preppy little farm boy has preferences in life -it’s amazing to see his brain develop. 🙂 He is social and last week at the Illinois Simmental banquet, he just wanted to play with the other little kids - I can’t wait to see him at cattle shows making friends with other @illinois4h kids. 🍀 For those following along the sleep journey, we are still struggling, mostly because I had a hard time following the sleep coach’s advice.
