So this app is called MoodSpace
This app is used for anxiety and depression. It is to help you remember you have good things happen through depression. It has 3 activities
Three clouds: you write three good things that happened to you that day.
Thought Diary: it just a journal.
Mindful Meditation: a meditation session for you.
The only thing I cant do is get the reminders to go off. But I think that is user error and not app error. Great app though, I have to reflect on my day and even if it is an utterly shitty day, three good things, no matter how small, have to have happened. One of my clouds, on a very shitty day, was because my younger brother (the military bound one) gave me a reese chocolate egg. 😅
