Well thank you, darling!

I don't use Hot Topic dyes since they don't have much staying power, and I am one lazy mother fucker who doesn't get her rocks off touching up my color every five seconds.

I use ION Color Brilliance Brights - they have a pretty broad color range and its available at Sally's Beauty Supply and I always cut the dye with conditioner or deep conditioner - it makes the dye more manageable and gives my hair a nice deep conditioning while I'm letting the color process.

As for staining, just apply some vaseline to your neck, ears, and along your hair line so when the color is in, all you do is wipe it off and ta-da! No more stains :)
