After dozens upon dozens of edits, I have finally reached a point where I am happy enough to publish LTM. This means, unfortunately, that I will have to remove this version from archiveofourown.org and tumblr :(( This is due to copyright law. Even tho the version that I am going to publish is VERY different from this version, there are enough similarities for it to need to be removed from the general public. I will also be removing spring tides, as it is a companion fic to LTM, but I may leave the others up (this is pending reactions to the novel!)
That being said, if you would like to download LTM as a pdf for your own safe-keeping, feel free to do so from Ao3! I have no issues with this, as long as you aren't trying to profit off it (which is illegal). If you want to download this, please do it within the next few days, as I will be deleting this ASAP as I have already filed for copyright for the new novel.
The new novel, The Silver Hound, will be coming out late summer/early fall (I think!) and I will be creating a website where you can find it for sale and read more about the novel! There will be extra content and such on this website as well! I will update you all with that here!
Additionally, since this is becoming a work of published fiction, I would very much appreciate it if we could keep the original work (this fic) to ourselves as fans as the space of published literature and fan fiction (especially rpf) are not always received very well. People have drastically different opinions on the view of rpf, and I don't want that to affect the way The Silver Hound is going to be received as it is a much different story now! I am always happy to talk about it here, on my Tumblr blog, which I am hoping to keep up! but I don't really want the general public to know of it as a rpf fic since this novel is now composed of my own OC's and an entirely new draft of characters, etc.
And lastly, I just wanted to thank you all so so much for loving this story and for providing me with such lovely feedback and comments. Each and every one of you have inspired me so much along the way and I cannot thank you enough. You are so loved.

hi everyone! i hope you've all been doing well. i know i haven't posted on here in a hot minute, and this probably won't reach very many people, but i just wanted to come on here for a second and officially announce my hiatus.
this has been a long time coming if i'm being completely honest - i haven't had the time or passion to write very recently, and don't know where to go with my current fics. i have too much on my plate right now - i'm in my last semester of college, i started working at an elementary school, and i got a cat! - and cannot dedicate any time to this blog or writing in general.
that being said, i may randomly drop by and post a fic here and there if i get inspired and i have a few sitting on my computer that i want to edit and post. i'm sorry in advance though to anyone who may be waiting for me to post a fic - and especially to the people on the taglist for my jeno fic! i hope some day soon i can come back and finish this fic for you all (but if you want to know what i was going to have happen and don't want to wait to see if i ever do post an update, you can message me and i'll tell you the rest of the plot).

Very sad to say that I lost Bug, the cat, this morning to old age. I’m gutted I wasn’t able to finish LTM before he went so he could see the character I built in his namesake, but he was just too weak. I spent the night with him and he purred and purred despite how terrible he must have been feeling :’) by morning he was gone. Sending him with all my love to meet my past kitties who I also lost this year <3

I’m trying to post some more things so you guys believe I’m not dead 😭✊
Here’s real proof I’ve been writing LTM to be published!! I’ve printed six(?) drafts of it so far? I’m waiting for two more that should be delivered sometime next week :o essentially each book is an edit of the entire novel! Right now it’s sitting at around 190,000 words (including all the appendices). It will be the first novel of a duology (at least that’s the plan!) and I’ll hopefully have enough readers who like it so give me motivation to write a prequel about the boys before they all came together!
There are new characters (it’s a HUGE cast if I’m honest with you) including family members and the other clans that I don’t really talk about in the fic :o and there’s a LOT more lore now that I had to create a whole world, mythology, geography and religious systems! It’s definitely not on the level of experienced fantasy authors but I had a ton of fun coming up with world building aspects!
This book has been written, edited, designed, and put together all by me! All the images/drawings, maps and covers were done by my mediocre drawing skills and free photoshop services haha! If ppl are interested in the process once it’s published, I’d be happy to talk about it xD )
Soon I will make another post about publishing updates and what’s going to happen with the fic and this blog! As of right now I haven’t really decided anything :’) (if you guys are willing to stay 🤫 about this blog and the book being a fanfic before it was published, I’ll consider continuing with regular posts haha ;) )
I’m also considering doing KDP and print-on-demand via a website of my own so I can send goodies and signed versions for people who are interested! But I have to really research how that’s going to work lol xD
