Beaches were one of Sunstone’s favorite places to be on Earth. It was so peaceful and so beautiful, he could spend hours there. Which was exactly what he was doing as he wandered down the shoreline. In the twilight, his eyes were one of the few things lighting up the darkening sky.
He stopped for a moment, and tossed his bag to the side. His barefeet dug into the damp sand, and he stared off into the horizon. He could just stand there and stare for hours.
The only thing stopping him was the feeling of someone being nearby. Strange, this beach seemed to be deserted for the evening. He took a quick glance behind him, murmuring, “Hello?”
