I don’t like being happy.

I just feel very uncomfortable when I’m happy. It feels like a foreign feeling. Or like maybe I don’t deserve it. Or how it feels so strange it’s not comforting so I wanna go back to the chaos and sadness which is more familiar. I feel dead when I’m happy. I feel numb when I’m not feeling those stinging needles. It’s like that sadness is the only thing that fuels me and keeps me alive. I just want to keep on chasing happiness but when I acquire it, it feels pointless. I ask myself : what am I going to do with this accomplishment? I’ve reached the destination and it’s like the objective it over and I don’t have something to work on; so I try to sabotage myself so I sink again. Only to work back up and I keep on repeating this cycle. This drives me crazy.
