Full Moon Love + Venus in Pisces prayer as poetry by French mystic, Michel Quoist (1963) from Day 34 of current P40. So you might notice that it's like one thing goes wrong. You stub your toe, you lose your purse, you can't get a drawer to close properly, you forget an appointment, you drop a glass and suddenly all inner hell breaks loose from seemingly out of nowhere. This is how Mars works on a very subtle but powerful level as the Tower archetype. Suddenly it's like boom you're thrown right of your rigid inner structure of thinking you have it all under control and everything you've been stuffing away in your second chakra comes crashing into to throw you right smack on the ground. All the sadness, pain or anger that was operating at that low volume becomes the electric fuel for the gods as the lighting that hits the tower of the ego and we are finally set free as we fall on our ass. Be grateful for falling on your ass, falling apart, losing it, having a meltdown (all Mars things). Your ego will tell you it's embarrassing, shameful, humiliating but you know what? This what happens when we are caught in our own codependency fears. We cannot please everyone and we are not here to die trying and that will only create one bitchy, pissed off shadow in the end. In Vedic astrology they consider the Moon to be the mind. In spiritual practices we are always trying to get control over our minds and ultimately lose the mind so it stops dragging us down into the negativity and the mud. We learn to stop identifying with the mind which is just a bundle of our likes, dislikes, memories, and mood swings based on the constant fluctuations. Meditation is the best medicine for the mind. So as the Moon changes signs every 2.5 days, so our moods and minds change. Then there is the matter of the Moon cycle. When she's waxing as she is now, our energy is on the increase and life tends to feel more full and busy. As she wanes as she will be doing after Thursday for the next few weeks, our energy wanes and we go more introverted. If you're feeling especially tired right now wondering why if the Moon is almost full it's an exception due to the Sun-Saturn and Mars square Saturn energy slowing us down and exhausting us. But in general when the Moon is almost full we're usually having our best energies. I remember living in NYC and the restaurants were always triple packed and everyone out when the Moon was getting full. Cintāmaṇi (Sanskrit; Devanagari: चिन्तामणि), also spelled as Chintamani (or the Chintamani Stone), is a wish-fulfilling jewel within both Hindu and Buddhist traditions, said by some to be the equivalent of the philosopher's stone in Western alchemy. Within Hinduism, it is connected with the gods, Vishnu and Ganesha. In Hindu tradition it is often depicted as a fabulous jewel in the possession of Vishnu as Kaustubha Mani or as on the forehead of the Naga king called as Naga Mani or on the forehead of the Makara. The Yoga Vasistha, originally written in the 10th century AD, contains a story about the cintamani. The Hindu Vishnu Purana speaks of the "Syamanta jewel, bestowing prosperity upon its owner, encapsulates the Yadu clan system". The Vishnu Purana is attributed to the mid-first millennium AD. The original name of the upcoming P40 was Wishing Well but after this name came to me in meditation and looking up the meaning I realized it was too divinely ordained in synchronicity with the meaning of the Philosopher’s Stone in Alchemy to include this beautiful name. Also a name for Ganesha, Remover of Obstacles and the prayer that we may only hear that which is auspicious.
