This homemade Apple Pie Moonshine is a delightful concoction that captures the flavors of fall in a potent, yet delicious drink. Perfect for sipping on a chilly evening or sharing with friends at a gathering.

Ingredients: 1 gallon apple juice. 1 gallon apple cider. 4 cups brown sugar. 6 cinnamon sticks. 1 liter Everclear or other high-proof alcohol.

Instructions: In a large pot, combine apple juice, apple cider, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Once cooled, stir in the Everclear. Transfer the mixture to mason jars or other airtight containers. Store in a cool, dark place for at least two weeks before serving to allow flavors to meld.
